Keep Cool

Hot summer days, stifling heat, makes us want to overheat both physically but sometimes, mentally and emotionally.

Don’t lose your cool. Find a way to cool down.

Jump in the ocean, run through a sprinkler, dive into a pool, or go inside to the air conditioning.

How do you like to keep cool in the summer?

How do you keep your cool in a situation that has your blood boiling?

Take a walk, walk away, take deep breathes, breathe, exercise the emotions out, find a place where you can scream and not bother anyone, Jump up and down, make faces. Do any activity that calms you down and relaxes you.

There are hot summer days when you need to stay cool. And there are days that get you hot headed and your blood boiling. It’s important to keep your cool in both situations.

Don’t react until you have cooled down. You will make better choices when you have peace of mind. You will see all the angles of the situation. You will evaluate what needs to be said or done more clearly. You will then know how to address whatever it is with love not anger.

It is important to keep your cool, physically, mentally and emotionally.

If you learn and know the best ways to cool down your body, mind and spirit then you can learn to take action to cool down before you get overheated.
