As we work on personal development, we focus this month on enjoying an earthly life as well as a spiritual one.

Connect with the earth. You are needed here on earth to add your uniqueness to the world.

Walk barefoot in the yard, feel the grass and dirt on your feet. Touch the blades of grass, sift the dirt or sand through your hand. Run your hand along the bark of a tree. Feel the energy in the trees. Connect with the foundation of their roots in the ground. Smell the fragrance of a flower.

Grounding yourself, is the process of balancing your physical, emotional, mental and energy state and reconnecting them.

It is important to balance your energy to live a fulfilling earthly life. It heals your energy, reduces pain and stress, and improves blood flow and sleep. Connection to the earth is vital to your well-being.
