Plan a Beach Day

There is nothing like a day at the beach. The ocean (or the lake) is calling you.

Where is your favorite beach? Can you plan a trip there?

If not, what beach can you go to? Pick a beach within an easy driving distance so you can have more time and fun at the beach.

Pick a day and make sure to check the weather!

Now gather your beach day necessities, beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys, reading material, etc.

Get your beach bag ready, towels, hats, sunscreen, water, snacks. Pack a cooler if you plan on being there all day. Make sure you have plenty of water, lunch and snacks.

Put on sunscreen before you arrive at the beach. Let it soak in for a while.  Don’t forget to reapply sunscreen every two hours and after being in the water. Don’t ruin a wonderful beach day by getting s sunburn.

Find a spot on the beach. If you are at the ocean make sure you check the tide. Is it coming in or going out? This will be an important factor when choosing a spot on the beach to set up your stuff. Set up for the day.

Now relax, have fun, enjoy the whole beach experience, the sun, shade, water, sand.
