Touring Italy

From Venice to Rome, to Tuscany, to Naples, to Sicily, to Florence, along the Amalfi coast and all the places in-between and off the beaten path.

There are different ways to tour Italy (or any country you are interested in).

You can walk through art, history and architecture. You can start in Rome, tour through the Vatican and St. Peter’s Basilica, the Sistine Chapel and St. Peter’s into the square. Then head over to the Coliseum and the Pantheon. And don’t forget the Trevi Fountain.

You can explore the land and nature of the country, the mountains, the seas, the islands, the volcano’s and the vineyards.

Mount Etna in Sicily. The Grotta Azzurra on the island of Capri. Tuscany. The Dolomite Mountain Range. The Amalfi Coast.

You can go deep into a local culture, learn the language, and get to know the people and community. Learn about Italian culture and the people, watch movies, documentaries, listen to podcasts, read a memoir, and learn some Italian!

You can eat and drink your way from region to region. Pasta and Pizza. Wine and Limoncello. Research some regional pasta dishes or pizza recipes. Try some Chianti Classico or a Lambrusco from the Emilia Romagna. Or Make your own limoncello.
