Breakfast- real breakfast is often just something we do on weekends, holidays, and vacations. It seems that during the week when we are off to work or chores and responsibilities we skip breakfast or just grab and go.
Breakfast is our most important meal yet is often our most skipped meal.
Why do we regulate having a good breakfast to only special days? We should be eating breakfast every day to provide us with the energy and fuel we need to make our day special.
Eating breakfast helps your body perform at its best. The biggest benefit is that you’ll have more energy and improves heart health. It helps improve your skin, and enhances your immune system. It may even help you shed unwanted pounds.
Eating a better breakfast in the morning will improve your health and well-being.
A simple breakfast of whole grains, such as oatmeal or whole grain toast along with fruit, a banana or blueberries with some protein such as yogurt or an egg or nuts will keep you feeling full and recharge your body for the day.
You don’t have to eat breakfast right when you get up but make sure you make time for it before you get to far into your day.
