Thank you-two simple words that mean so much.

Saying thank you shows your appreciation to the person who has helped you or given you something. It lets them know you do not take them for granted. More importantly it is an acknowledgement that they matter.

That is why saying thank you matters.

Being thankful and expressing it to others is good for your health and happiness. It also brings abundance into your life. Making others feel good brings good back to you in unexpected ways.

How often do you say thank you to other people?

 Do you sprinkle your daily interactions with these two powerful words?

Do you write thank you notes? It used to be custom to write thank you notes for a gift. When was the last time you wrote a thank you card to someone? Or how about leaving a thank you note at someone’s desk or on a table where they will see it?

Do you say thank you to strangers who help you or open a door for you?

Do you say thank you to family when they help out around the house? Even if what they did was something that was expected of them, it is good to say thank you just to let them know that you noticed and appreciated that it got done.

Do you take the time and make the effort to express your gratitude?
