If fear and doubt were removed from your mind what would you do? How would you live your life differently?

Fear is an emotion that makes us feel like we are in danger that something bad is going to happen. Fear can be real or imagined.

Fear is normal. Fear is healthy when we stop and evaluate and make sure we take any precautions that are necessary to keep us safe. Often though our fears are rooted in our imagination and thoughts.

Fear is our number one road block towards following our imaginations and perusing our dreams. Fear can stop you in your tracks even as you move forward.

Being fearless doesn’t mean you don’t have any fear. It means being brave, courageous, strong, and confident. Knowing you are resilient and can handle whatever happens allows you to walk through your fear and do it anyway.

Being fearless means stepping out of your comfort zone, stretching and risking through the fear and building your confident muscle.
