Every day is a new day, a new dawn in your life.
Do you wake up excited to start a new day? Are you excited about what you are going to do? Are you excited at what wonderful opportunities might arise?
Or do you roll over not wanting to face the day? Do you dread the things you need to do each day?
Do you wake refreshed from a good night sleep or tired from a restless sleep or lack of sleep?
How you wake up each morning can set the tone for your whole day.

Think about how you wake up.
How can you improve your sleep patterns to ensure you wake with energy to begin the day?
What can you change that will make you excited or happy about beginning a new day?
Can you change your perspective on how you think, see and feel about your responsibilities and chores to help you feel more content in getting them done and accomplished?
Can you make sure you have something to look forward to at various parts of your day? Little treats or moments of doing something just for you?
Maybe even changing your morning routine to include something that will ease you into your day better.
