Law of Attraction

The law of attraction says that what you think about is what you attract. If you think positive thoughts you have positive experiences, if you think negative thoughts you have negative experiences.

It may seem that it does not always appear to work. Many of us have been practicing the law of attraction for many years now. And still we have what we experience as negative experiences.

Life is a balance of all things. If we don’t experience the darkness we cannot see and appreciate the light.

Still it is a good practice to look at the positive aspects of our life. It helps ease us through those experiences that we feel are negative. Within each tear drop is a blessing somewhere if we can see it. It may be growth that leads to an insight or solution. It may just be growth that makes us stronger and have more faith in ourselves and life itself.

Watch your thoughts. Don’t feed into the ones that are negative especially if it is just your mind trying to scare you. Ask if the negative thought is based in truth or fear. If it is truth than you can take steps and actions to prepare or deal with whatever it is that is happening. If it is fear you can step into your guidance, your intuition, your knowledge and make a choice that is align with your desires.

It’s important to think about what you desire and not what you fear. If you focus on your desires rather than your fears than you will move forward into the outcome you desire easier and sooner. If you focus on your fears and allow them to stop you from taking the steps or actions you need to make your dreams come true than you will take longer to move into your desired results.
