What is your favorite summertime sandwich?
I am sure we can have a debate on what is the “Official” Summertime Sandwich.
Tops on the list might be a homegrown tomato sandwich or a BLT, or a chicken salad or egg salad, tuna salad or crabmeat, po’boy or grilled cheese, pulled pork or fried clams.
I am a born and raised New Englander and the “Official” Summertime Sandwich is a Lobster Roll!
