Go with the Flow
We tend to have our days filled with schedules, plans and must do’s. We push our bodies and ourselves not listening to our needs and desires.
Sometimes you need a day with no plans, nothing to do, but go with the flow and follow your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual needs.
Sleep-in or go for an early morning walk. Sit and relax with a cup of tea and watch the sunrise. Eat when you’re hungry. Move when you feel like moving. Rest when you feel like resting.
See what the day brings. Maybe a lazy day is best. Maybe something spontaneous will fill you with joy.
How often do you plan a day with no schedule? An open day with nothing to do but follow you feelings, needs and desires.

Are you willing to let things just happen throughout your day and go with the flow?
Letting go of control is hard for many of us. We aren’t taking about giving our control away and following other people or letting them tell us what to do, we are talking about listening to your body, mind, and soul and allowing yourself to follow their advice and needs.
Taking the time once in a while to go with the flow and rhythm of our own body, mind and spirit is the healing we need to get back to our busy lives.
Today, let go of controlling our day and follow your intuition or just see what shows up and happens.
