This month we are going to focus our attention onto Being Present, Present Moment, Being in the Now, Mindfulness and Meditation.
I always tell coaching clients that in order to change your life simply and easily, just be present and be mindful. Just by being mindful and present in your life you will become healthier, happier, and more content. You will make better choices for yourself.
This one change in your life can bring about magical transformation like winter into spring.
The transitioning of winter into early spring is a great time to practice mindfulness. As the earth begins to reawaken you can reawaken to your true authentic self.
Your Power is in the Present Moment.
