Enjoy a day reading in a hammock. Go get a massage. Exercise. Meditate. Create something. Take a nap. Spend some time with a friend. Eat healthy food. Take a walk in the woods or on the beach. Drink water. Listen to music. Get a manicure or pedicure. Watch a movie.

What is it that you need today?

Remember to schedule self-care into your day and week regularly. Taking time out to replenish your body, mind and spirit will give you the energy and to have fun, accomplish goals, and take chances.
