What a great idea. This idea is actually stolen from friends. A local establishment I go to and the Yoga teacher who is running a class there came up with idea for a fundraiser.

So how about Sunday mornings with yoga and mimosa’s. Yoga is a great mindfulness and physical practice and well why not a mimosa to make it fun and lighthearted.

Yoga brings balance into your life. It helps you to become more present, connected to your body and improves you’re your overall physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.

Orange juice is high in antioxidants, contains vitamin C, folate, and potassium. Drinking orange juice health benefits, include improved heart health, decreased inflammation, and a reduced risk of kidney stones.

Champagne also has health benefits! It can reduce your risk of heart illness and strokes.

I think this is a great combination. And add a best friend or a couple of friends!
