Music is therapy for whatever ails you

Treat yourself to a music bath. Pick your favorite music. Let the music float around you, flow through you, feel the vibrations, Let the vibrations flow through your body. Draw in the energy of each note.

Sing loudly-let your voice go loud and strong. Sing while you do a chore that you don’t want to do. It doesn’t matter if you inner melody is off key or you forget the lyrics.

Let the oxygen fill your lungs and body.

Singing allows you to let your emotions out. Singing is a creative outlet. Singing is a mood enhancer.

Sing for the joy of it, for the fun of it.

Turn on some music begin to sway with the music. Spontaneously express yourself through physical movement.

Dance a jig. Shake your body. Let the tension out. Let yourself go

When you move your body you elevate your heart rate, you lift your mood and energy levels. Your spirit grows, you feel alive, playful and joyful.

Set your soul free – Sing and Dance to the music inside you.

There is no set way to dance it’s about losing yourself and giving your body over to the music.

Dancing helps your regain a connection to yourself, to your body and spirit. Dance to both the music in your environment and in your head. Give yourself permission to feel the joy in your body.

Create a Self-Care playlist. Play it every day. Sing along, dance around as you go through your day.

If you work at a desk all day, take a song break, get up and dance and shake out the stress. One song is enough to stretch out the body and clear the mind and become centered again. You will return to work, energized and more creative.

Music is a powerful tool for manifesting your dreams. Let the music give you energy and confidence to do anything your desire
