Spontaneous

Do you ever do things that haven’t been planned but seen to be enjoyable and fun at the moment? Or have you even followed your feelings or intuition instead of following a plan or schedule? Or done something in the moment without a lot of thought or planning?

We often plan out our schedule by the day, month and even year. And we focus on sticking to our plans. Are you a planner or more of a person who is spontaneous?

There are things and times we need to plan and schedule. And often we need to stay on plan or schedule.

Life needs time to be open and free. You need time to go with the flow and to be spontaneous. And there are even times when it is good to through all the plans and schedule out the window and be spontaneous.

What’s the most spontaneous thing you’ve ever done?

How did it make you feel?

Spontaneous people are always on the go, and always looking for an exciting adventure to start.

Being spontaneous is beneficial to your mood and well-being. You become more flexible, more creative, less stressed, and happier.

Rather than rushing from one activity to the next, you can take time to reflect and make a choice that is right for you now in this moment. It allows you to be able to say yes to an amazing opportunity which shows up unexpectedly that you didn’t expect or know was available.

Be more spontaneous. Listen to your gut, your body feelings, and you emotional feelings. Allow yourself free time in your schedule each day, or better yet keep one day a week open to go with the flow. So something new or different every day. Shake up your routine. Connect with someone new or someone you haven’t seen in a long time.

Be willing to be adventurous and willing to do things on the spur of the moment.
