Connect with Nature

 

Today is the first day of spring, what better way to become present than spend time in nature. Spending time outside enjoying nature grounds us, centers us and brings us into the present moment.

Feel the sun on your skin, breath in the fresh spring air, take in the sounds of the birds, the trees, and the ocean. See the beauty all around you, the colors from greens to blues to browns and all the colors of the rainbow.

Nature is healing in so many ways. Connect with nature. Spend time with the plants, the animals, the trees, the sand the water. Notice the feelings they bring. Do you feel at peace, relaxed, or energized and playful?

Notice the sounds all around you, the birds, the trees, wind, and the ocean waves. Listen intently, find the rhythm in nature and the rhythm within yourself. Listen to the music of nature and the music within your soul and allow them to blend together.

Spending time in nature, nurtures you mind, body and spirit. It aligns you and connects you with the greater world and the energies of healing and present moment.

Let nature drain all tension and stress from your body and revive your spirit. Spend time in nature and revive and refresh, be at peace, content and present with life and yourself.
