Be Present for Yourself

Mindfulness is the key to being true to yourself and being who you are fully each and every day. Mindfulness allows you to observe yourself and cultivate a deep connection with yourself without judgment.

Notice what you think, do, say and feel. Observe your feelings and thoughts as they arise, observe how your body reacts to situations and movements. Realize that you are not your body or your thoughts or your emotions.

Are you being kind to yourself? Do you appreciate yourself? Do you respect yourself? Are you being true to yourself?

Through careful observation you can recognize when you are being true to yourself and giving your power away to someone else. Being mindful with yourself allows you to be fully present in the moment. It helps you know what you are feeling, thinking and experiencing right now so you make the best choice for you in this moment not based on the past or concern or fear for the future.

Being present with who you are in the moment

Maintains alignment between what you feel and need and what you say and do

Assists you with making choices that take into account what you feel and need and also take into account your intuition, information you know and have gathered, and the big picture of your dreams and desires.

Makes you more likely to speak up for what you need or what and not be pushed into making a choice that doesn’t feel right to you

Gives you the courage to take risks, try new things, and learn more about yourself and the world around you.

To be vulnerable and open to others, to new experiences, accepting of the possibility of fear and failure.

Encourages you to be kind to yourself and others as well.

Being you, becoming true to yourself, being present in the moment, enhances life and the enjoyment of life, no matter what the circumstances are.

Being Who You Are is Being Present

with Yourself in Each Moment
